On the suite sun deck...do you have to get out early to get a lounger or is there availability at most times?

You can generally find a lounge anytime. However, the most desirable locations fill up pretty quickly on sea days.

On our cruise in Jan, we didn't find the suite sun deck that busy. We managed to go there and relax whenever we wanted to and there were plenty of sun loungers.

 

We are not day long sun worshippers so perhaps our experience is different to others.

There were plenty of Sun Loungers on the Suite deck when we sailed on Oasis in November. They have 4 cabanas that were claimed in the early am. On Sea days people left their "stuff" in the cabana to "hold it" while they were gone. We briefly enjoyed one on a port day.
