MLife Cards onboard Royal ships

Recommended Posts

Does your play on the ship get applied to your MLife account?

Yes, it does. I was told by the casino host to go to the mlife membership desk and they will apply your play to your mlife from the ship ... my husband moved up a tier level with his mlife after doing this

We are Emerald (Diamond after upcoming cruise) and have today joined MLife. How do we link C & A withMLife for the accommodation benefits when we go to Vegas next year? Thanks.

One technique that has worked for several is to print a screen shot of your C&A status page on Royal's website. Take this to the casino host at your hotel.

Thanks, will do that but was hoping to use the benefits described on the C&A page for our tier level for our Accommodation when we go to Vegas!

I know there is an email address but not locating it off the top of my head. You can call the following number and give them your info. They will verify and update your status.

M life Rewards Member Services

(866) 761-7111 (6am to 9pm PST)

Be sure to sign up for online access to your Mlife account online. You should see your Vegas offers dependent on your tier status.

In December 2017 on Ovation we were told that they are no longer giving benefits such as free drinks and specialty meal.

They now consider it to be "double dipping" as we already get benefits form C&A.

So for someone who does not go to Vegas there is no benefit for me at all.

We just sailed on Celebrity last month and evidently they changed the program on November 2nd. Our sailing was on the 5th, however, they grandfathered us in on the old benefits as we were never notified and it was just days before the change. So, in good faith, we booked with the knowledge we'd still receive those benefits.

Anyhow, the casino host told us that now we will need to make our dinner reservations through Mlife. I think maybe some were taking advantage of this relationship and it was oftentimes, too hard for the casino onboard to verify one's status was gained through on land play. Anyhow, I don't know about the drinks as we already had the premium package. Yes ... changes were definitely made but not sure if the benefits were completely eliminated.
