Fall 2018 Itineraries

If I decide to retire in 2018, I want to treat DW and myself to my first luxury line cruise. I was looking for possible a Trans Atlantic and possibly a cruise either after or before the T/A. My question is when will the fall 2018 itineraries most likely be posted.
