Where to buy T-shirts

Will be in Cartagena April 4, and we all know the port tourist stores sell for higher prices. Will be on a Princess city tour, if have time, would like to find a T-shirt for lower prices. Any one know of such a location? Thanks.

Where are you stopping on the Princess Tour.

 

I ask because other then that when the tour drops you back off at the port there is one large store and you can purchase shirts their but the prices are higher then in town.
