Suite Perk - Internet Info

Recommended Posts

Hi All - I am a frequent reader but seldom poster... My family and I are lucky enough to be sailing on the Harmony on June 19th in a Royal Family Suite (there are 5 of us.) I was meeting with my TA today to go over a few details, and she had to call Royal over some small matter, so I had her ask about the free internet suite perk. I was specifically wanting to know how many devices we will be allowed at one time. Well, after being put on hold a few times, the agent came back and said that all 5 of us would have our own internet access. My teens are super excited, to say the least. So no logging off and on again and the dreaded "taking turns..." Just wanted to share in case anyone else was wondering!

Complimentary internet for those suites are only on Oasis and Quantum class ships. We are in Grande Suites on other classes of ships and those do not have comp internet.

Yes, each guest gets a one device package. See FAQ #16:

My bad. I hadn't read that far down. What irks me is that on the phone the RCI rep said my DD would get the Royal Replenish package as she'll be 3.5.

Seems pretty cheap on RCI not to give underage cruisers the Replenish Package.

Did you leave out a "not"?

Otherwise, your post confuses me.

Sorry it is an unrelated suite perk gripe.

I thought it would have been logical for Royal to give cruisers in a star class suite to get the replenish package to those underage. Instead all they get is the Coca-Cola package.

Does that clear things up?
