Last time we were on Liberty, the future cruise sales office was on the Royal Promenade (deck 5), next to Cafe Promenade.

The future sales desk is on deck 5 next to the Cafe Promenade. It is large, light and very nice. LA has a small desk that I think is on Deck 8 aft.

About a year or two ago the two positions, which used to be just one person, were separated and both a LA and Sales positions were created. On most ships there is more than one sales position.

The Loyalty Ambassador is responsible for C&A related issues: proper C&A level, milestone awards, personalized amenities, C&A welcome back party, meal with an officer, behind the scenes tours, etc.
