Fun shop question

I booked my cruise and bought stuff to be delivered to the cabin but then had to unexpectedly switch rooms. And its a different booking number now. Will the stuff still be there or do i need to reorder everything?

Obviously, I didn't read. You paid for these items already, correct? I would contact Carnival about making sure they got moved to your new room. Unless you were refunded I wouldn't want to purchase a second time.

I'd cancel the items on the old ressie and re-order them again with the new ressie number. (if there is time)

You'll get a refund and a new charge.

 

 

No need to do that. Call the Fun Shops at 1-800-522-7648, ext. 70039. Their business hours are 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m. EST, Mon. through Sunday. Give them your previous booking number and your new booking number, and explain what happened. Someone should be able to make the change on their computer. And ask for an email confirmation. ;)
