Cannot be used for daily service charge. Just leaving a crew member a specific gratuity, not sure.

No, non-refundable OBC can not be used against service charges on NCL.

And the OP has posted here on the NCL board, so presumably he's looking for an NCL answer, which is: no-- non-refundable OBC cannot be used for the DSC. But it CAN be used for additional tips to crew if you care to give any -- just go to Guest Services with the name and title (position) of the crew member, tell them the amount you want to tip, and they will add it to that person's account. It's like a bank account -- they can withdraw the money and use it for whatever they want (or apply it to shipboard expenses). You'll be given a voucher that you can give to the crew member (we travel with thank you cards, very handy for things like this).
