Hi,

I am new to Oceania, I thought I saw some information that on Marina the specialty coffee are free at all time, is this true? I can order espresso in any restaurant and buffet any time?

On Oceania ships:

No charge for anything and everything drinkable without alcohol. No charge for still water, nor charge for sparkling water, no charge for soda, no charge for juice, no charge for coffee, no charge for tea, no charge for smoothies.

BUT THEY DO NOT CHARGE FOR IT NOW!!

Let's try not to confuse the OP. I stand by my original statement: all non alcoholic beverages are included.

Geesh.

Well I do ... it's always possible I'm having another false memory, however. But I do recall signing a chit at dinner when I ordered a Cappuccino.

And yes, we agree that they used to charge for water and sodas ...

soda, waters, milk shakes, teas, all manner of coffee fixings, smoothies, juices, non-alcohol cocktails, ....all your meals in all the specialities, lobster, steaks,... If you buy the up grade @$20 a day pp and choose the liquor wine package then everything consumable is included... AND you can bring on your own beer, wine, spitits with no limit, for cabin consumption only.

.its not like a mass market nickel dime bleed...its a grown up's cruise.

Yes, the espressos and cappuccinos are free, but a little weak on the Marina, geared to the American palate. Even the illycrema was very weak. I remember the coffees on the Regatta as being stronger in flavor, but, then, I like strong coffee. Aussies and Europeans will find the coffee on the Marina a tad weak by their standards. Just off the Oceania Marina, April 11-28. Quite smooth coffee, just weak in flavor - possible the coffee was simply old stock that lost some of its flavor.
