Is there anything we can do at the port before we board our cruise ship? Seems like we only have a couple hours from our transfer from the airport to port.

We used Barcelona Day Tours for a four hour tour before flying out. They keep your luggage in the van.

You might have a tour company such as RoyalRoadBarcelona pick you up at airport, give you a sightseeing tour and drop you at the port. Your luggage stays in the vehicle with the driver if you get out for photos.

 

We used them that way from port to hotel for our post-cruise stay.
