Just received a Pre Cruise satistfaction survey by e-mail. I have been on 21 Celebrity cruises and I think this is the first time I have ever received this.

I rececived also a survey today but I don't know why. I could reply but it send me to RCCL and I booked the Reflection. Very confusing.....:confused:

All the surveys for Celebrity go through the Royal Caribbean site. why they can't explain that on the survey is beyond me. But then, so many things about celebrity IT are beyond me.:rolleyes:

I have a friend who received one and said it was for passengers who have sailed with Celebrity for a long time; she thought it was because Celebrity seems to be neglecting more seasoned travelers. Anyone else heard anything about this?

I just sailed in December, so I don't think so. I called a rep this week to sign me up for a connections party, because I couldn't do it online, so my survey was asking about her customer service.
