Which Princess ships use Salt Water

Recommended Posts

NO, it is a selling (sailing) point that they don't in fact.

If you mean in the swimming pools, the Tahitian Princess is the only Princess ship that I have been on that uses salt water in their pool. Pacific Princess may also use salt water as they were both Rennaisance ships.

Yep, I would assume the Pacific also uses salt. This was the design on all the Ren R ships (they are all identical). Princess would have to do some major plumbing to change this system, and they have yet to do any major renovations on the old R ships.

Royal used it in their swimming pool last July/August. Burns like anything! icon_eek.gif (bring goggles!)

But it's still a Princess line ship THIS year (and that's when I'm going again). Maybe they'll make some changes in dry dock. But I'll pack goggles just in case.
