Lanyards for S&S cards?

Recommended Posts

Yes, they sell them in the gift shop - but those shops don't open until you are out to sea for a while. They have plain ones at Walmart for $2-$3 and a 12 pack of the holders that can be put on them for $1. I have two holders on mine, one for my card and one for a few $ cash and my driver's license.

If you want one that just has a ring that goes through a hole in your card, you can get them for free in the casino. There will be a person in the casino with a hole punch and an arm load of lanyards giving them out to anyone that asks.

I sure hope they go to pre punched. I take a hole punch but those cards are thick. I have to ask a strong guy to punch it. When I've gone to the casino the hole punch is very little and they have to punch it twice to make the hole big enough.

After my son lost his card 3 times in one day I got lanyards.

When I organize the M&G I give out lanyards that I make over the winter made out of all crazy kinds of ribbon with a ship map in the clear plastic holder to get you started - I buy the clips and the loops at either Amazon or JoAnn's Fabric - so fun to see everyone wearing them around the ship!!

Absolutely the best cruise accessory you MUST have!!

I did this for our family cruise in March for all the kids and women - there were 11 of us - we were all stopped several times a day with people asking us where to buy them. My son told me next cruise I should bring all the left over supplies and make them on demand on the Lido deck!

Ha Ha - too funny - I ended up giving out a few to "strangers" also - Like I said earlier, it's one of the best cruise accessories you can have :)
