Drink Package? How long 20% off

Saw that sale today as well. I'm new to RCL. Looks like there is NOT a requirement for all adults in a cabin to purchase the package? I couldn't find specific terms on the RCL website, but it allowed me to add just one person. Another question, does anyone know what the rules are in terms of getting drinks? Time limit between drinks? Price limit on cocktails? Any other restrictions? Thanks.

All adults in the room are not required to get it.

No rules in getting a drink other than one at a time and can't get drinks from room service or the ones from the minibar/room.

No time limit

Price limit is $12- $13 depending on ship, anything over just pay the difference.

Yes, not every sailing has it. Also, be advised that like with cabin prices, that 20% off may not actually save you 20%.

I keep checking the cruise planner for my Harmony cruise Feb 2017 so far no discount is offered. On my Anthem cruise the discount started a lil over a month ago (so between 4 and 5 months out)

I'm on Grandeur in September -- 20% being offered there -- making final cruise payment today so securing that sale price is next on the agenda because you never know when the sale will go away.

The pre-cruise price on Adventure is $47.00, with tip $55.46. On board it is 55.00 from what I now understand. From looking at the recent cruise compassed and other posts the premium with tip on board is $64.90 per day. I went ahead and purchased one at the current price and will use cruise credit on board for the second. Even though the price will be higher my BoA points will be paying for it.
