Rum Point & Stingray City with toddler

Hello,

We would like to do rum point and stingray city- we are a party of 6 (3 adults, 2 elementary aged children, and an almost 2 year old.)

 

We would like to travel on a smaller boat with adequate shade and a good place to sit with the youngest one.

 

We are considering Native Way--- but it looks like they do not have a discount or free travel for children under 2? Other suggestions?

I don't know that many other companies include a stop at Rum Point, I've only ever heard of it as an option on the Nativeway excursion.

So, we did book this excursion for 3 adults and 3 children (6, 5, almost 2.)

At the last minute we decided that grandma would stay onboard with the toddler and that may have been the VERY BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE.

 

There is absolutely no way we could have kept him entertained. The boat rides (esp going out and coming back) were fairly long and the boat had large gaps between rails, just toddler sized. Nothing to eat on the boat at all, we were starving by lunch at 3pm. Waves too rough at Stingray City for toddler. He, and we, would have been miserable. I strongly recommend NOT taking your toddler on this experience.
