meidda Posted June 11, 2016 #1 Share Posted June 11, 2016 After you place a deposit is it possible to ask for additional perks or cabin price reduction when you see them on the Royal Caribbean website? My cruise is not until March of 2017. Does working with a travel agent add anything to your cruise experience that you can't advocate on your own? Thanks all Meidda

Thanks all Meidda If you booked under US/CDN booking terms and conditions you or your travel agent (whoever booked the cruise) can call anytime up until final payment and get a price adjustment or take advantage of new perks being offered unless the new promotion specifically states for new bookings only and even then in most instances Royal still allows the adjustment. Other policies that are not as favourable are in place in other countries. Edited June 11, 2016 by Ourusualbeach
Rare silentbob007 Posted June 12, 2016 #3 Share Posted June 12, 2016 Travel agents can kick in perks that you couldn't get on your own from the line ... however you need to do your homework to find someone you trust and determine if the perks are worth the control you give up. Ken at the beach Posted June 12, 2016 #5 Share Posted June 12, 2016 But Royal has been know to reprice the cruise to take advantage of any new perks Absolutely. When you compare the prices you have to look at everything...the price and the perks. You can't pick and choose.
molly361 Posted June 12, 2016 #6 Share Posted June 12, 2016 But Royal has been know to reprice the cruise to take advantage of any new perks That's for sure. So make sure your perks are worth more than any possible price increases
