Aft Sky Suite Advice on Silhouette

Hi,

 

The cabin next door become available (2155) so we booked that instead.

 

We still had some concerns about the corner cabin, the balcony seemed very exposed and windy on some of the videos we found. We were going to risk it but when the SS2 next door appeared we decided to be safe and go for that.

 

Thanks for all three help and advice.

 

 

Just know that you could have more noise from above. The corner balcony would have wind at the corner of it that wraps around, but we rarely had any with ours. Hope you enjoy the one next door, as it should still have the separate entrance with the S1 and the overhang.

We had cabin 2153 on the Silhouette this past August/September, loved it. We didn't notice any more wind due to the configuration of the balcony. Yes, 2155 will be inside the separate entrance so there's absolutely no noise from the hallways, that being said, we did hear some scraping of the chairs on the outside dining above but it was during the day so not particularly bothersome. Also our cruise was Scandinavia/Russia not the Caribbean so maybe fewer people dined outdoors.

 

We enjoyed the aft sky suite so much and are excited to do it again in June tho on the Reflection and the same corner sky suite but on floor 7.
