Concierge - Excursion Changes

We're booked in a suite on the Solstice to Alaska. We scheduled a couple of excursion through Celebrity, with the idea of rebooking them once on the ship to use up OBC. Is this something appropriate to ask the concierge to do?

I am getting vague answers from Concierge person. First we get a call stating she would be assisting the regular person who books us. I then e-mailed her asking questions about assistance for flights, hotels, etc. The reply she would handle some of the items. Then it was added a vacation planner would be assigned in few weeks to assist us. WOW MODERN LUXURY We have 3 cruises

booked. Could be the last. I do not see where the new CEO has helped X. No more Bistro on 5 Made Tuscan Grill only specialty venue on M class (may still

the disappointed Quisine} and apparently has cut staff. Good Job?

If the excursions are within a day or 2 of boarding I would do it myself. The Conciegre generally is very busy on boarding day a few days later they should be able to handle this for you.
