Will MSC talk to you if you are booked with a TA?

I know some lines will not speak to you AT ALL if you are booked with a travel agent.

They will not talk to you about your booking, but, if you have general questions just say you are not booked yet and want to know something.

They will only speak to you if it doesn't involve your booking and or adding items to your booking,,,everything else they'll try and answer your questions.:)

MSC will be able to help you with your check-in,,,call them and they will be able to assist you:D

I have talked to MSC many times and have had no problems getting info and support after I booked. They have been very helpful in getting the status match resolved. I booked through a TA and while talking to MSC the rep asked which suite I had, when I told him he said I might like another better and asked if he could change it for me. Sounds like good service and great customer relations to me.....:)
