CarolnLarry Posted July 5, 2016 #6 Share Posted July 5, 2016 I have talked to MSC many times and have had no problems getting info and support after I booked. They have been very helpful in getting the status match resolved. I booked through a TA and while talking to MSC the rep asked which suite I had, when I told him he said I might like another better and asked if he could change it for me.
