Excursion cancellations and refunds

Recommended Posts

I don't know what happens if you book online and then want to cancel before the cruise.

However, on board, so long as you cancel 48 hours before the shorex the full cost will be placed on your on-board account as a refundable OBC. It may be possible to cancel after the 48 hours and get a refund if the cancellation is for a medical reason.

This is the same when NCL has to cancel a shorex while on board, for any reason or at any time, the refund is credited to your on-board account.

The general policy is 48 hours before you arrive in the port. The cost the excursion is refunded to your onboard account (not back to your credit card). you have to request the cancellation through the shoreex desk onboard (which has limited hours of operations).

Certain shore excursions (usually limited availability excursions including float planes) have to be cancelled at least 2 days prior to sailing (can not be cancelled on board).

In all cases, once you pass the deadline, the cost of the shoreex is non-refundable (including no shows on the day of the tour).
