Deck of playing cards

The last cruise we were on. I got a deck of cards with the cruiselines logo on them. Such a clever idea from cruise companies. Every time we'd get guests and playing cards our guests would always asked about our cruise because of the cards. That's a wonderful way for companies to advertise I'm wondering if Norwegian give away playing cards anyone know?

On the Sun from Buenos Aires to San Francisco there was a "games room". It started out with NCL laying cards being available for the bridge players. They only lasted a few day before there were none left!!!

Good job the bridge players were carrying some from home!! :D

We have received 5-6 decks of cards on recent Getaway cruises. Several were from participating in "game shows", got some( a fresh, unopened deck) from the casino and a bartender gave my teens each a pack when he saw them playing "Presidents and Idiots".

I remember the good old days when airlines had gobs of them to give away.

NCL gives away decks of cards, among other things, as prizes. Last cruise my husband participated in various ship activities on sea days and collected points. On the last day he cashed in his points for four decks of NCL cards.

Sometimes there are decks available to use in card room but all too often people keep them, leaving no cards for people to use the rest of the cruise.

It's been awhile since we sailed Carnival but each cruise our kids would go up the Guest Services desk for a free deck of Carnival Playing Cards. We would play cards on the cruise and it was a great souvenir! Since I'm guessing they are not expensive we will buy a deck on board.
