Yesterday our 2 cruises that are booked was not showing up and I refreshed the same page then our cruises showed up. I had problems over a month ago and thanks to someone on cc, discovered that they added a letter to my email address. That isn't happening this time. Very upset I can't finalize my cruise plans. wildfan2k Posted August 9, 2016 #33 Share Posted August 9, 2016 If you get an error saying your account does not exist (or something like that), just click on the 'Create Account' link. If you use the same e-mail address you were using before, your account will get "fixed" and you won't lose any of your account information, saved cruises, etc. My Wife & I both had to do this the last couple days.
