808cruisef Posted January 26, 2017 #26 Share Posted January 26, 2017 If it has not been said before that is the old style coffee maker in the suites. This picture was from 12 months ago but I guess it was replaced after that. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Rare BirdTravels Posted January 27, 2017 #27 Share Posted January 27, 2017 Another Nespresso question... Does anyone know if this is this the Nespresso Citiz that takes the Original line pods? I am interested in bringing some of my own pods as well and I want to make sure I bring the correct ones. It's the pods in the picture.
don't-use-real-name Posted January 27, 2017 #28 Share Posted January 27, 2017 BEWARE ! NCL coffee The coffee is *NOT* --- HOT like McDonalds. The coffee is just of a degree to let you know it is tepid warm ! While I don't care for my coffee scalding HOT - I do like to pass it under my nose to smell the warmth of a good brewski - No that would be beer-ski - but never the less IMHO the best coffee is the Complimentary continental breakfast coffee in the AM no matter what stateroom you are in. Now turn this ship around and set a course for meeting Juan Valdez for a good cup of Columbian coffee - unless one is in Hawaiian waters - then make mine Kona. OR if on River Boat cruise then an European Expresso with the spoon vertical in the cup. Until NCL has "ALL LIQUIDS" under the UBP I'll take complimentary coffee any time - none of this pay for coffee at the coffee bar ! Water and Coffee the beverages to sustain life ! Well maybe a shot of Irish from time to time !
