When the NCL website lists a cover charge and then states 'A La Carte' does that mean you pay the cover charge and then items are priced 'A La Carte' on top of that?
Where on the website are you seeing a cover charge and the indication "à la carte"? For which restaurant?

Some restaurants have a cover charge (and then you can order whatever you want, within certain restrictions), and others are à la carte (no cover charge, but each item has a price). If you have a dining package, things get a little more complicated.
