Booked for 10 day West Indies cruise. Does this suite have king bed or 2 twins pushed together? Would vibration and possibly soot be issues for this itinerary?

6088, 7114 and 8088 have a bed that can be split into two singles. The bed in the suites with the odd numbers can not.

 

Vibration is a bit more noticeable on deck 6 than on decks 7 and 8, but mostly only when maneuvering in and out of port or when the ship is sailing relatively fast. It has never bothered me.

 

Occasionally there is some soot, more so on deck 8 than on the lower decks, but nothing that I haven't been able to wipe clean with a tissue in less than 5 seconds. It's a really minor issue that has never impacted my "suite life" :)

No, in the refurb (well actually before that when the big cabins were made over toward the end of 2014) they changed the bed frames and only the port side Club World Owner's Suites and Ocean Suites beds are splittable into a twin.
