Question re: special meal requirement

We are traveling with a family group in October on Divina. One member has been told by her doctor to not eat at the buffets because of immunity issues. Will she be able to find meals served by staff for breakfast and lunch while aboard? The evening meal will not be a problem because it's in the dining room. What options will she have? What costs might she have? We have mainly traveled on Royal Caribbean where other than a tip room service would be an option. I believe I've read that on MSC room service is not free at any time. Is that correct? Are there any dining venues during the day that are staff served? Do you think contacting MSC about this problem would help? Thanks so much for any information.

A dining room will be open for breakfast and lunch every day (sea or port day) during the cruise. The dining room will not be open on embarkation day for lunch.

There are also some specialty restaurants. I didn't eat at any of them so hopefully someone else can tell you about them.
