ridgebackworshipper Posted September 5, 2016 #3 Share Posted September 5, 2016 Hi They are the American two pronged ones. To use UK appliances you will need an adaptor thingy :D Jo
Thrak Posted September 5, 2016 #4 Share Posted September 5, 2016 The electrical outlets are also close together. If you have multiple items to charge or whatever, and especially if you need to use adapters, bring along an extension cord of some kind. Please Do NOT bring one that has surge protection. One such as this (available from Amazon) works well and provides 4 outlets with space for adapters.
IECalCruiser Posted September 6, 2016 #5 Share Posted September 6, 2016 (edited) There are two 120V U.S. 3 prong outlets at the desk but they are so close together that you will need a power strip, or is that power bar, because as Thrak posted they are very close together. There should also be a 120V U.S. 3 prong outlet behind the TV or behind both TVs if you are in a mini. IECalCruiser Posted September 7, 2016 #7 Share Posted September 7, 2016 There is one in the bathroom. That outlet is a combo U.S. 120V / European 240V with only one able to be used at a time. It is only a low amperage outlet suitable for a shaver, toothbrush or cellphone but nothing like a curling iron or hair dryer. Lucky TGO Posted September 7, 2016 #8 Share Posted September 7, 2016 They are standard US outlets. I take a 3 foot extension cord with 3 outlets at the end. Tony
