Best advice I've gotten here from others is just give them a call and ask. 99% of the CAS agents are super friendly and helpful....and if the one who answers the phone for you isn't, just call back again. Be ready with an example of a cruise and date that would work for you and see what they say.

Good Luck:D

Don't wait for offers. If you are a rated player, just call and ask for a room on the cruise of your choice. They will almost always comp or discount a room. The type of room depends on your play.

Dito on what others have said. Leaving in a couple weeks on a comped balcony from cas. I have never taken an offer from a mailing. I have always called.

After you accept your offer ask about paying upgrade to the haven. That's what I do.

Just echoing what others have said. Call and inquire but don't feel that the only offers you might get will be what are sent to you on post cards. I actually need to call them myself today :)

I know you can "link" cards of related players that are using the same credit card for points towards your final bill.

But would anyone know if you can use one player's club card in more than one machine to accumulate level points faster? Some land based casinos allow a Player's Club card to be used in different machines (up to 3 machines) thus increasing that individual's "play".

My wife and I both play slots but we use just her card... we receive better offers, etc from the Casino because her play is higher. No sense watering down the points if we are pumping in money from the same family.

TIA

I think you should start a new thread asking this question and let the experts chime in on this. I know that some land-based casinos allow family members to link their cards to accumulate points. But, you state that you both use your wife's card. Some casinos will deny you a jackpot payout if the person whose card is in the machine is not playing that machine.

The Win, the Money and the W2G go to the person playing the machine. The Player's Card has nothing to do with it. Some slot attendants would like to think so, but not true. Absolutely no chance of a denial of payment.

What if the prior player had left their card in the machine and you didn't notice it before you started to play and then won?
