Best bet for that info is on the East Coast Departures board. I have provided a link for that below. There are individual threads on transport but also take a look at the Cape Liberty 411 thread.

We used Dial7. Was able to book online. Once we gathered our luggage, we gave them a call and the driver was there in about 10-15 mins.

Also a bit of advice, you will see by looking at other threads that they have a subject, not just the names of the posters. You are more likely to get good advice if you title your thread something specific like "Need ideas for transport from Cape Liberty to Newark airport", not "Ray and Janet".
