They cover that area, only thing I've seen An error on is the airport. They won't pick up at the airport, but will drop off. TMS MT Posted September 20, 2016 #8 Share Posted September 20, 2016 I am the person who posted in another thread. I was charged $20 last year, plus $1 per suitcase plus tip. It was Condado to the pier in downtown, not pier to Condado but that shouldn't matter. Maybe rates went down since last year...? Or maybe we got overcharged...? We just walked up to a cab that was along the road in front of the casino and asked how much so we didn't go through a coordinator like we did at the airport. That is about the rate from the airport to the pier. We were in Condado last year (March) and we paid $15, including our luggage but not tip, from our hotel in Condado to the Pan American pier. We used a taxi that was waiting outside our hotel.

pablo21pr Posted October 11, 2016 #15 Share Posted October 11, 2016 Uber can't pick you up in the airport or any hotel in SJ. They still fighting with local taxis to do that. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk

mollyeilis Posted December 16, 2016 #17 Share Posted December 16, 2016 Uber is a constantly changing entity here. Two days ago they couldn't drop us right in Plaza Colon. Yesterday they did. Both days we had to walk out of the immediate area of Caribe Hilton to be picked up and the same spot to be dropped off. Their app doesn't keep up with the reality so have some patience. :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
