neptuno Posted September 23, 2016 #1 Share Posted September 23, 2016 We are trying "US1 Parking" for the first time. Has anyone used them and do you have any feedback? They are about a mile outside the port @ 2800 South Federal Hwy, and seem fairly reasonable at $58 with tax for eight days.
Magellan321 Posted September 23, 2016 #2 Share Posted September 23, 2016 I think they are fairly new. You can google map and see the lot.
luv2trvlnow Posted September 23, 2016 #3 Share Posted September 23, 2016 Wow! I just looked at that on google maps satellite view. From what I can see it looks like there are cars parked 2 and 3 deep. That would require you leaving your keys. I prefer not having to leave my keys. I don't want them moving cars around, mine and others. Chance of coming back to a damaged car. I am just not that trusting of people today. Even if they have insurance covering this, it could still be a major pain to have to deal with after a cruise.

neptuno Posted September 23, 2016 Author #5 Share Posted September 23, 2016 It's a gamble either way. We've paid the $20/day @ POM and still came back to find a dent in our door.

Sadly......a dent would have been nothing compared to what I came back to.

Magellan321 Posted September 23, 2016 #8 Share Posted September 23, 2016 why 20? i thought it as 15, no ? Port Everglades is still $15 per day. Port of Miami is currently at $20. So, now worries TheIL you have the right amount.
neptuno Posted September 28, 2016 Author #9 Share Posted September 28, 2016 OK, you are correct, AVOID us1airport parking. They could not confirm my reservation, gave a non-functioning email address, and the phone listed on the credit card charge is not in service. Beware. WupperAV Posted September 30, 2016 #11 Share Posted September 30, 2016 I'd park at the port. Less hassle in the long run. Just got to get in the gate early. By 10 AM there is a line. However, when we've flown in and taken a van there were no holdups, just ID check.
#love2cruise Posted September 30, 2016 #12 Share Posted September 30, 2016 We are trying "US1 Parking" for the first time. Has anyone used them and do you have any feedback? They are about a mile outside the port @ 2800 South Federal Hwy, and seem fairly reasonable at $58 with tax for eight days. We use PARK N GO at 1101 Eller Dr, Fort Lauderdale. They keep the keys, but we've never had any problems. If you schedule online it is $7.99 per day with one free day for every 10 days paid. We are using them once again on November 27th. Great people and great service.
Rare CineGraphic Posted September 30, 2016 #13 Share Posted September 30, 2016 I always use airportparkinginc.com They offer several options including the lot at the Embassy Suites. Much cheaper than Pank N Go, free shuttle, never a hassle or worry.
