You guys aren't kidding about the website

Never sailed on Royal yet. Have one booked for April on the Allure. I went in to change dining time and saw the price was the same as it had always been. I then changed the dining time and the price doubled. Um, no. I'm now on hold and they have to manually input the old amounts. I'm afraid to book excursions or drink packages at this point. Eek!

Upon reading what you told me, I just now changed our dining time from early to late due to the itinerary on our upcoming med and you alerted me enough to double check our booking confirmation....lucky in that respect.

We have learned that at best, the RCCL web site is not user friendly and if used can at times cause aggravation. If we have to make a reservation ( after researching on TA sites) or make a change, we call RCCL and get a printout confirmation/
