Price Guarantee Question - When combining Price w OBC

Just checked my booking.

The actual cost of the room is higher but when factoring in the OBC of $50 the total is lower. Can I claim the difference of $28 as an OBC?

 

Also how do I do that? I booked directly through the Carnival website, not a PVP or TA.

Know that if you booked this as ES under the $50 deposit sale, you will be required to pay 100% of the deposit now.
