Have you ever used a different email for your account ? I had issues when they did a database restore and put my old email as an ID. I use the site about 10 minutes ago, It worked fine for me. Same thing happened to my mother last week. When she called Princess it turns out that somehow her e-mail was changed from .net to .com at the end. PensFan1028 Posted October 17, 2016 Author #7 Share Posted October 17, 2016 Customer support ended up emailing me back saying that for security purposes they could not reset the email.... BUT included in the email was the incorrect email address (my wife's email) that they had on file for my account. So I'm back in!!
