Mykonos - Into town?

If you are tendered you will be dropped off in town. If you are docked it is further out. I believe the ships provide a shuttle bus which may be charged. When we were waiting for a return tender there was also a boat which went to the port where the ships were docked.

Since you have mobility issues, I would take the cruise ship bus. There are very few taxis in Mykonos. I believe it is less than 30. We stood in a taxi que to get back to the ship and were very lucky we only waited 30 minutes. The people in front of us had waited 90 minutes for a ride to their hotel!

It makes a HUGE difference if you are docking vs. tendering. Docking is a bit outside of town. Definitely need a vehicle of some sort (taxi, bus, whatever....)if there are mobility issues.

But if tendered, then the tender location is directly in town. You are right there in town.
