joelsmith101 Posted October 20, 2016 #1 Share Posted October 20, 2016 Looking at Quest's Turkey day cruise.- November 21. Why would they schedule St. John's for Thanksgiving Day and St. Bart's for a Sunday? Seems that there would be very little open on those days! As far as I know St John's or any island does not celebrate the holidays. St bart's is open every day to shop, beach and eat.. why would Sunday be closed. it another work week. only an office would be clsoed.
LMC Posted October 20, 2016 #3 Share Posted October 20, 2016 The only time I've had an issue with things being closed in the Caribbean was on Good Friday. You should be fine....
Rare Host Jazzbeau Posted October 20, 2016 #4 Share Posted October 20, 2016 We had trouble on Ascension Thursday on a French island some years ago but I don't think US holidays are a problem in the Caribbean, especially Thanksgiving [no pilgrims!]
