Independence of the Seas vs Carnival Vista/Sunshine

Hi im looking at booking either the sunshine,vista or rccl independence of the seas. Ive never been on carnival before but have been on royal and celebrity. The prices are the same for sunshine and IOS and the vista is more but is a 6 night cruise.

Itineraries

Vista- Cozumel, Ochos Rio, Grand Cayman 6 night

Sunshine- Nassau,HMC,Freeport 5 night

IOS- Falmouth Labadee 5 night

I'd do either IOS or Vista. Freedom class ships are beautiful. Vista is brand new. Plus, you get an extra night.

I would do Vista.

 

I've sailed sunshine and independence and like them both. But an extra day and new ship makes it Vista for me.

Also vista has best ports.

The extra night, the ports and the relatively "brand new" ship make the Vista an excellent choice over the other two.

I'd do either IOS or Vista. Freedom class ships are beautiful. Vista is brand new. Plus, you get an extra night.

 

I totally agree with this post. While Freedom Class is excellent, I would give the edge to Vista for the extra night and being a brand new ship.

 

However, I don't agree with Vista having the better ports. Labadee is beautiful and is my favorite of cruise line private islands.
