PoppyandNana Posted November 11, 2016 #1 Share Posted November 11, 2016 (edited) After a lot of research we decided to spend the day at Carmbola beach club on Barbados but am getting very conflicting information from some of the reviews. Specifically understood the food and beverage facilities are gone and that the beach is very run down. Anybody have any current information? Alternatives? Can we use the beach by the hotel? EatonDoolittle Posted November 11, 2016 #3 Share Posted November 11, 2016 OP, I believe if you go to the Port of Call section, as others have suggested, you will get more complete answers to all your beach questions. And yes, Carambola is a popular beach club on St Kitts. Here is the link to the Caribbean Ports of Call, in case you are having trouble finding it. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=

It is verified by a number of reputable health information sources. We were not aware that starfruit can cause severe kidney damage for anyone with CKD and just learned about it recently when a family member was diagnosed with early stage CKD.
