We will be on the Adventure in January. Is there a fee to use the Flow Rider?

None at all.

You can do a group (less than 6 people) lesson for $69 each for an hour or $500+ for a private lesson. Otherwise, no cost.

If it is, it has been in the works for many years since your claim is at least that old and it has yet to happen. Only fee is for private lessons, otherwise the flowrider and so many other features are included with the fare.
