Teen programs for Navigator

I have a 17 and 14 year old that are curious in the teen programs on Navigator. What are they like??? Would they be in the same grouping???

 

Also, I was considering a balcony, but can't seem to see where the 4th person sleeps??? Is there a bunk out of the ceiling like Disney??

 

Any info on this cruise would be appreciated.

but when we sailed the Navigator my son was 14 and everyone else in our group was 15 and over and the staff allowed him to stay with them or they just didn't know his age, he is tall. The ages are as follows: 12-14 and 15-17

In the quads they either have two Pullman beds that come out of the wall, or a sleeper sofa that sleeps two.
