So on this, the rockiest of all our sea days, what was the main entertainment scheduled for the evening? Are you ready for this? Drumroll please...

According to Celebrity Today: "His television appearances include The Tonight Show, The Rosie O'Donnell Show and The Today Show. Steven is touted by Spectacle Magazine as "The most important contribution to the American circus since Cirque du Soleil!" That sounded impressive! We HAD to go!

He said it was his first time appearing on a cruise ship, and well, bless his heart, what a night for it! We were rocking just enough to make it interesting, but I guess not enough for them to schedule different entertainment. And you know, he really started off pretty darn good. Even managed to jump rope on a unicycle!

But it wasn't his juggling that brought him down, it was the fillers that he employed in between juggling. Mime type stuff. Seriously put us both to sleep.

:o I just don't think he was ready for a 45 minute show. Five or ten minutes in between other acts, yes. But a whole show of just him, probably not.

We were so sleepy by the time we got out of there, that all we could do was stop by the Martini Bar to snap pics of favorite servers' name tags and get some bottled water to take back to our cabin.

Hated to be party poopers on this Friday night, especially because they were going to do the Liar's Club with Comedian Jeff Nease, but we were done in. :(

We heard the next day that we really missed a great time, that it was hilarious!

It was especially a shame because look how dangerously close to Florida we were getting...wah!

I conclude this Friday night with a shot from our veranda of a very dark night...there were stars though!

There were plenty of things going on this afternoon all around the ship, but we decided to just go back to our cabin

After all, we didn't have a lot more time left to enjoy this wonderful view:

:D

Ahhhh, nothing like that aft view - looking forward to it in May!

Well the bright spot about turning in early meant getting up early, and I'm so glad we didn't sleep in and miss the views on this, our last day at sea! Saturday, November 19th, Day 15, our 9th day at sea and the 7th of the Atlantic crossing was off to a beautiful beautiful start!

I didn't have any trouble getting Husband to join me at the 10:15 Beyond the Podium Presentation on this morning. Not when Professor Lisa Didler was speaking on Madams in America ;)

And like her previous ones, it was fascinating!

We had seen her a year before on different Atlantic crossing and she was wonderful. Were so happy to see that she was speaking again on this crossing. However very disappointed that she gave the exact same lectures (except for one on the Canary Islands). She should have had new topics since so many onboard had seen her previously. Ended up skipping her, what a shame.

So sad to hear this!:(

We thoroughly enjoyed her, but it was our first time :)

This all actually sounded really good, but we went off to the buffet anyway. :p

Husband never did get his mozzarella sticks that he had been wanting, poor baby! :( But I did offer several times to go to the MDR at lunchtime to get them. His choice to move on to the buffet

And I do remember that it was a good selection on this day:

Loved the ravioli station with pizza:

I am happy to report that I didn't let myself down with breakfast food porn after all on this last day! :o Some of my pics hadn't download.

They were only offering two choices on the poached egg station. They must have been out of pico de gallo because they weren't offering the Mexican benedict, so I did the next best thing. Got a regular one, with some guacamole on the side.

And we BOTH got a Paris Sunrise

Also that morning they were having a ONE DAY SALE DIAMOND EVENT. Per the flyer: "Get stunning designs from top diamond brands, all 50% off".

This was at 11:30 in the Entertainment Court on Deck 4. Let me tell you, you would have thought the Hope Diamond was on sale! People were lined up for this event! We didn't stick around to see the frenzy when they opened it up, but I will say that later when we walked by, the crowds were gone and you could easily shop to your hearts content. And there were plenty of diamonds left. :p A lot of folks could have saved themselves from chaos, just sayin'. ;)

In the afternoon, we both wanted to go to the 2:30 "Meet the Stuntman". Yes, our trusty multi-talented Cruise Director spent 20 years as a Stuntman in LA

He was supposed to have his presentation in the Silhouette Theater, but because they were going to once again attempt to put on Pearl that night, they needed the Theater to test it out, so his presentation was moved to the much smaller Celebrity Central 4. We were afraid it would be packed and we wouldn't be able to get in. (that had happened to me earlier in the cruise when they put Melinda in this small theater for a Q&A :(). So we learned from my mistake and went early.

Smart move. It did get pretty packed. We thoroughly enjoyed it. What a fun, interesting guy! And his demo reel was hilarious.

He was even considerate enough to tell those of us who had yellow tickets for the Player Reward Raffle at 3:00 in Fortunes Casino that it was okay to excuse ourselves. So I left Husband behind and went to the Casino, because I had one whole yellow ticket! I had gotten it when I won a blackjack one day at a table, but I never knew why I had gotten it for that particular one and not for others.

I looked all around the Casino but couldn't figure out where to put my yellow ticket. Finally asked somebody who pointed out the small silver pail full of them. Dropped mine in just in time! One quick draw and a gentleman won credits to play. I assume that meant in the slot machines?

Oh well, I didn't need any old credits anyway, not when there was a cruise and cash to be won at BINGO! :p

As you can see, I splurged this time and bought the $49 set of six, instead of the $39 of three that I had bought the other two times. And I dropped our precious few red tickets into the barrel for a chance at that $1,000 toward a future cruise! :)

Sadly I couldn't convince Husband to come with me this time. :( Of all times! This was the FINAL BINGO. We're talking Snowball Jackpot! I could hardly contain the excitement, yet he was off to the Martini Bar instead!

So I plopped down in the back by my lonesome

Had a lovely time talking to the nice Gal next to me. It was great to hear of their other cruising adventures. For someone who had only recently started cruising, they had already done some super-cool-sounding ones!

So Constantine arrives (what a nice guy!) and starts the first of the three games. One line. It didn't take long for someone to win it. :p I believe that person won around $170.

Then the second game was four corners. That's my least favorite of all the bingo games. It goes by too fast! We had Standers everywhere and I wasn't one of them. :o As a result, FIVE people won, and had to share the $250 jackpot.

Then it was time for the big cruise drawing! I was super hoping to win this, as I couldn't stand for this cruise to end, how wonderful would it be to have $1000 toward another one?!

Well DARN, a guy in front of me won it. :(
