How hard to get picked up at POM

Arriving on a Sunday at POM. Looking at my options to get to Boca. How hard is it for someone to pick you up at POM. I am asking this because at Cape Liberty NJ there used to be a one hour wait for the cars dropping off and picking up. No place to wait.

Also, how hard is it to choose a time? I realize we are at the mercy of the customs officials but our first US stop is Boston.

So if I ask someone to pick me up at say 9:30 and I get a 9:00 debark time, is this doable or am I dreaming that one of us won't have a long wait.

The ship is Navigator transatlantic. Any advice is appreciated.

9:30 AM is very doable.

If you are having a friend pick you up this is what I would do.

Have them wait at the Intercontinental Hotel.

Then after you disembark the ship, just call them. That way you can just wait outside the terminal area for them. This way they wouldn't have to circle the terminal nor spend any money for parking.
