Oasis 11564 Ocean View Balcony all wet

Just returned from Oasis sailing. We were in cabin 11564. We were unable to use our balcony the whole cruise as it was continually wet. All the cabins in the area are under the overhanging whirlpools on deck 15 and it was the tubs that dripped continually over onto the balcony.

No we did not. We had other issues that took priority. Did not want to come off as a whiner. It was what we got when we booked a guarantee cabin.
