Can anyone tell me if there is an ATM at the cruiseport providing us USdollars please?

There are some Scotiabank ATM's in town that should have dual currency. I do not remember seeing a USD ATM at the cruise port.

ATMs will be give out local currency(eastern Caribbean dollars XCD). unless you would like to take the line in the bank. Or your cruise ship should be able to help with that.

Yeah...nope. No ATMs on the island that dispense US dollars. The currency of the country is EC dollars and that's what our ATMs dispense. You'll need to use the ATM onboard, or stand in line at the bank to change your currency, or bring cash with you.. Or use a credit card, which is accepted at most shops, restaurants, etc. Exceptions being small vendors, craft vendors, local rum shops, etc..
