Getaway Haven dress code

While talking to a friend who is also a TA I mentioned I upgraded us to the Haven and didn't plan on telling my wife until we hit the port. She asked me if she will have the right clothes. I thought there wasn't any difference or did I miss something?

There is no dress code. Summer attire that you would wear in the main dining room is fine. Capris and a printed top fine. Blouse and pants fine. Nothing formal at all.

Agree, during the day, shorts, flip flops, and t-shirts are fine.

I understand why people don't want others to show up in bathing suits and tank tops but a decent pair of shorts and t-shirt makes me think of Steve Wynn's pioneering decision to change his Vegas Casino's to casual: there are a lot of millionaires walking around this town in shorts and t-shirts. Why would I turn them away?

We've been in The Haven on the Getaway twice and will be there again for the return TA in October of next year.

We ate every breakfast and most of our lunch meals in the Haven restaurant.

There was, as someone upthread mentioned, the entire gamut of clothing both in the Haven restaurant as well as in the Haven areas itself. This included a passenger on our most recent cruise who had obviously spent plenty of money on attire designed to make him look as much like some Harley-Davidson walking advertisement as possible and I mean "ads" from head to toe (he is a US Civil Service employee, BTW).

AFAIK, NOBODY CARES. Yes, we know there are folks who get angry because people don't "dress up" to the degree which they do and will even tell you that it is a sign of disrespect of others, brings down the tone of the place, etc., etc. Only you can decide what makes you feel comfortable and what makes your trip pleasantly memorable.
