Converting 2 Night Dining Package

I bought a 2 night specialty dining package when they had the BOGO sail for our next cruise in March, Navigator out of Miami. However we have another couple joining us for that cruise. We don't want to leave them out. I was thinking can I use the second night on the first and use all 4 'spots' at once?

 

Anyone have experience using your specialty dining reservations for others?

It is purchased for an individual and cannot be transferred to another individual.

 

Have them purchase the same package then they can join you twice.
