Puerto Madryn Punto Tombo excursion question

We are scheduled to do this excursion when we sail on the Crown Princess from Buenos Aires in Feb. We did this back in '10 and I recall it was a pretty long walk, but level and not too difficult. Can anyone give me more info about how strenuous this will be? Princess rates it as "Moderate" but I'd sure like to have more info from anyone who has done this and recalls the degree of difficulty. thanx steve

I have been to Punto Tombo several times, including - again in March, (just went to Valdez Peninsula last month.

IF you want to get to the ocean overlook, it is about a 15-20 minute walk, but many people don't get that far. I keep walking right past all the people who stop and photograph every "cute" penguin after the gate. :)
