Hangouts on Social plan?

Would like to know if Hangouts is available on social plan or need to get higher level internet plan on Carnival

I found that the only thing that works well on the social media plan was Facebook including the messenger .. everything else sucked and work when it want to .. if you go up a plan the 35 for the week plan everything works great including hang out a deal WiFi calling

that's good to know. We were going to try to use FB Live so it sounds like the social media plan alone wouldn't work.
