Can't print luggage tags (Royal Caribbean)

Greetings:

 

I use RCCL's website to book my cruises all of the time. However, I'm not able to print luggage tags for my January 3rd cruise. Every time I attempt to do so, I receive the error message listed below. I've called RCCL and am told to "try again later". I've tried at least 6 times over the course of the last month with no luck. I was able to print luggage tags for my February cruise so it must be an issue with the January cruise documents. Can anyone give me a suggestion? I'd rather not wait until we get to the terminal to get luggage tags from the porters.

 

Here is the errors message I receive:

 

"Not Found

The requested URL /edocs/GR20170103/4a455ed5-0959-4b9d-aba9-d55a37fc6592/PaperBagTag.pdf was not found on this server.

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
